Step 1- Visit us at an Open Event
Explore our campus and meet our tutors at one of our exciting Open Events!
Step 2- Apply for a Course
Apply for your chosen course on our website.
Once you’ve applied for a course, download the My Oldham College app to track your application, arrange your interview, accept your offer and view your enrolment slot! Simply search for ‘My Oldham College’ in your app store.
Step 3- Attend an Interview
You will be invited to book onto an interview event to secure a place on the course that’s right for you. You will have 1-2-1 guidance, meet your tutors and see our fantastic facilities. Please note that final interviews take place in April 2026 and no further Interview Events will take place.
Steps 4-5
Step 4- Accept your offer
After you have attended an interview, you will then receive a conditional offer to join us. Offers of a place on our courses are always conditional and are dependent on meeting entry criteria. You MUST accept your offer, either via the website or the app, by May 22nd 2026.
Once you have attended your interview AND accepted your offer, you will be placed on our VIP Enrolment list* for August 2026.
Step 5 – Enjoy our New Student FEst
Taking place on Wednesday 24th June 2026, get a taste for college life at our exclusive event for 16-18 applicants who have received a course place offer.

Step 6 – Enrol on your course
If you have accepted your offer, you will receive your personal invitation to one of our VIP Enrolment sessions, from GCSE results day onwards. VIP enrolment is not a guarantee of a place on a course. Course places are subject to availability during enrolment and meeting the course eligibility criteria.

Step 7- Induction
You will have a thorough induction designed to introduce you to all the elements of college life. Your future begins here.
